Please Note,

Due to high demand, pre-booking is advised and a deposit of £10pp is required for tables of 10 or more. Pre-orders would also be required for any large parties. Deposit payment can be made in cash, credit or debit card and is taken in pound sterling.

The Wednesday Wine & Dine we offer must be pre-booked, with offer lasting only 90mins for tables 9 and less and 180mins for 10 and above. Supplement charges will be added to some of the dishes on our offers.

If you have any special dietary requirements, please let your server know on arrival so that appropriate measures can be taken to prevent any serious reactions.

In the event of a refund please allow 10 working days to receive the amount back.


Please note that due to the nature of the restaurant, we unfortunately do not have any wheelchair accessible facilities and have steep steps leading into the main restaurant, making it difficult for people who struggle with stairs to come in.

The data collected varies with your interactions with our sites. the following information may be collected whilst browsing: Full name, Contact information i.e email address, phone number, postal address and any other information regarding customer experience.

Information will only be held, disclosed or accessed with the association to Bistro Liverpool Ltd related business. This data is collected in order for all our establishments to operate efficiently and provide service of the finest standards to customers.

The collected data is analysed and implemented in improving our products/offers and not held for longer than necessary. This includes notifying you if any changes occur. Promotional offers will only be sent in accordance with your interests and cookies provided. An opt-out option will be displayed at the ending of every email sent from us.

Collected data may be shared with other trusted third-party service providers, marketing agencies, reservation systems etc. Such companies are required to adhere to our data collecting policies.

All data will be kept for the duration of marketing strategies, and contact details will only be held to ensure to not contact you when consent is withdrawn. This (privacy policy) will apply to Wi-Fi usage in our establishment.

Competition entries

Data will only hold for the duration of the competition and announcement of the winner/s.

Job Applicants

Booking Reservations 

Some Services, such as Reservation Services may require the User to supply certain personal information so that the restaurant can identify the reservations and the diner can be contacted via a confirmation email or SMS to confirm reservations. This personal information can include email address and name and telephone number, which will hereafter be referred to as “Registration Information”. In consideration for the use of the Services, the User agrees to do the following:

  1. Provide true, current, complete and accurate information about the User as prompted to do so by the Services.
  2. Maintain and promptly update this information as required to keep it true, current, complete and accurate.

“Registration Information”, when you create a profile, will be retained by ResDiary to provide the Services to the User and for any other purpose to which you have consented.

“Personal Information”, when you make a reservation, will be retained by the restaurant or third party according to their retention periods.


Site access is only temporarily permitted and we reserve the right to amend any services provided on this site without notice. e will not be liable if at any time this site is unavailable for any extended period of time, additionally, access may be restricted to certain parts of this site to any users.


this site may contain links to external websites or material provided by third parties and are provided only for the purpose of extra information. Bistro Pierre accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage from your use of them and has no control over contents of third party data.

What happens if our business changes hands?

We may, from time to time, expand or reduce our business and this may involve the sale and/or the transfer of control of all or part of our business. Any personal data that you have provided will, where it is relevant to any part of our business that is being transferred, be transferred along with that part. The new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this Privacy Policy, be permitted to use that data only for the same purposes for which it was originally collected by us.
